户型分析:整体户型很方正,根据需求基本不需要太大的改动,此户型为四房两厅一厨三卫一阳台,按户主的需求看,三个卫生间是有点多的,所以最终我们将入门右手边的卫生间舍弃掉,改为房屋的一个储藏间。

入门右手边能拆除的墙体做柜子,不能拆除的墙体做同柜色的护墙板,使其整面墙拥有了功能性,也保持了美观性。(PS:原计划图中铝合金门为同木色材质的隐形门,种种原因最终还是选择了铝合金门)

我们将原户型厨房的墙体拆除后,做了一个开放式的U型厨房,增加了操作面积,也解决了玄关的采光问题。

橱柜做了高低操作面,高的为90cm,低的为80cm.(PS:网上会有如何决定这个高度的什么计算公式,亲测.......不够精准哇,毕竟面对的是人,建议不同的使用者还是拉尺子比划一下会准确点,一两公分的差别体验感是不一样的。

卫生间对床?设计师SB吧?哈哈哈,户主都不在乎的问题,我们为何去介意呢?原梳妆区是比较长的一个衣帽间,在已经有了独立式衣帽间的情况下,适当的让卫生间扩大点,以便满足主卫生间洗漱台,马桶,淋浴区以及浴缸的需求。

全屋顶面无需遮梁的地方几乎都没做任何吊顶,其主要原因是之前提过的地暖。除去地面找平及木地板厚度外,地暖就已经吃掉了6cm高度,本不富裕的层高家庭,就没必要再去雪上加霜了。(PS:说这个问题原因是早期是考虑无主灯的满屋吊顶,综合考虑就pass掉了)
