2023杭州新房限购政策
目前,杭州新房限购政策分为三档:
一常规限购区域
1、购房条件:
①落户杭州满5年,家庭限购2套,单身限购1套;
②落户杭州不满5年,已连续缴纳2年社保/个税,家庭&单身均限购1套;
③非杭州户籍,已连续缴纳4年杭州社保/个税,家庭&单身均限购1套;
④三孩家庭增加1套。
2、具体范围:
上城区、拱墅区、西湖区、滨江区、江干区、钱塘区(白杨街道等5个镇街除外)、萧山区(义桥等17个镇街除外)、余杭区(仁和等5个镇街除外)、临平区(仅临平街道)。
二:差异化购房区域
1、购房条件:
①落户杭州,家庭限购2套,单身限购1套;
②非杭州户籍,已缴纳1个月个税/社保,家庭&单身限购1套;
③三孩家庭增加1套。
2、具体范围:
钱塘区:白杨、义蓬、新湾、临江、前进5个镇街
